Every review below comes from a real customer who hired Poe Plumbing for a job in the Birmingham, AL area — whether that meant a same-day emergency repair, a full water heater installation, a sewer line inspection, or a complete plumbing remodel for a kitchen or bathroom renovation. We don’t filter or curate what shows up here; this is the honest record of how we’ve handled real plumbing problems for real homeowners and businesses.
As a family-owned plumbing company, our reputation matters more to us than any single job. We show up when we say we will, we explain what we’re doing and why, and we stand behind our work after we leave. That’s the standard our technicians are held to on every call, from a simple leak detection visit to a multi-day new construction project.
If you’re comparing plumbers in Birmingham, Hoover, Pelham, Homewood, Mountain Brook, or the surrounding communities we serve, we’d rather you read what our actual customers have to say than take our word for it. And if you’ve worked with us recently, we’d genuinely appreciate hearing about your experience — good reviews help other homeowners find a plumber they can trust, and honest feedback helps us keep improving.
You’ll notice our reviews cover a wide range of work — emergency leak repairs, tankless water heater installs, full kitchen and bathroom remodels, sewer line inspections, and everything in between. That variety reflects how we actually operate day to day: most plumbing companies specialize narrowly, but our team is trained across the full range of residential and light commercial plumbing, so you’re not stuck calling a different contractor for every type of job.
